Director of Marketing / Financial Advisor

Kimberly Luckert was born in Cheney, Kansas, where she graduated from high school and grew up camping and skiing on the lake. Her education includes a BBA from Wichita State, an MBA from Emporia State, and the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. Kimberly has participated in leadership programs and various executive coach and peer group affiliations and was recognized as a Wichita Business Journal Women Who Lead in Financial Services. She has served on several nonprofit boards and stays actively involved with I Am a Diamond, Executive Women International, and Delta Rho Sigma Sorority. Her career in finance started in an entry-level role, and she worked her way up to Director, managing over 200 people across three states.

Kimberly is the Founder and CEO of Unleash Strategies. She utilizes her 30 years of leadership experience, knowledge, and hands-on experience to provide coaching and workshop sessions for professional development and team collaboration, and partners with organizations and companies to achieve goals and complete projects.

Her passions include living a well-balanced life with family, friends travel, and the outdoors—whether it’s biking, golfing, or relaxing on a beach. She takes way too many pictures (is there such a thing) to capture moments and loves to dance! She is a proud mom to three incredible daughters and MeMe to two amazing grandsons, who light up her world! They are her ‘why’.
