LaFayette McGary is a native of Chicago, Illinois where he serves as the pastor of Reaching Out Ministries Church of God In Christ for over 14 years. In Pastor McGary's early adult years he was a successful realtor where he purchased and sold over 60 properties in a 5 year time period.

He is currently the CEO of Reaching Out Development as a General Contractor for over 20 years which also includes a Pack-Out Company. He is also the CEO of Reaching Out Benefits that offer different types of insurance and benefits to those who qualify.
